By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for all payments to be processed.

• Breezy Vacations submits payments directly to the applicable travel supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, or tour operator). Any applicable service fees are charged separately by Breezy Vacations.

• After your initial deposit is received, you may make payments at any time and in any amount, provided your reservation is paid in full by the final payment due date listed on your itinerary.

• All booking fees, service fees, reservation change fees, revision fees, and late payment fees are charged separately by Breezy Vacations and are non-refundable.

• Reservations that include Travel Protection are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage provided by the travel protection plan purchased.

• Reservations made without Travel Protection may be 100% non-refundable from the time of booking, depending on the supplier’s cancellation policy.

• Reservations are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another traveler unless expressly permitted by the travel supplier.

• All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, refund policies, change policies, baggage policies, and other rules established by the airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, tour operator, or other travel supplier.

• Breezy Vacations acts solely as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, schedule changes, cancellations, or service interruptions. Travelers are encouraged to review all travel documents upon receipt and notify Breezy Vacations immediately of any discrepancies.
